Experts suggest moderate to vigorous exercise every week can help improve an individual’s cardiovascular health.  Moreover, men can focus on consuming a healthy diet along with cardio exercises for better results.
Cardiovascular exercises can improve your stamina and sexual performance too. In addition, studies show it’s effective at treating erectile dysfunction. You can start slowly with walking regularly, and gradually take things up a notch with jogging, swimming, and other cardio activities.
Core training
Apart from cardiovascular exercises, every man needs to focus on their core to strengthen their midsection muscles. You can train your core muscles in various ways, such as planks, abdominal crunches, and pushups. You can also include side planks in your routine to ensure you’re targeting all your core muscles.
To do a side plank, lie on your side and raise yourself onto your elbows, keeping your hips off the ground and your legs straight. Your arm should be squarely over your shoulder, and your body should be in a straight line. Raise yourself higher with the help of your elbow and onto your hand as this becomes easier. Before switching sides, take a deep breath and hold this position for a few seconds.
Balance exercises
Physical balance for men is crucial, especially in bed which can be achieved with a strong core. However, you could also leverage other body-weight exercises to improve balance.
Mountain climbers can target most of the muscles used during sex, such as your core, arms, and shoulders. In addition, it also improves balance and coordination. In a pushup stance, move one leg forward until your knee is just beneath your chest. Switch your legs while keeping your back straight the entire time. Mimic running movements by switching legs back and forth.

Pelvic floor exercises
The secret to a healthy life for men is regular Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are helpful for strengthening your pelvic floor muscles, which can improve your sexual performance in bed. Moreover, kegel exercises can also help colon and urinary functioning.
Controlling the urine flow in the middle of the process will help you identify your pelvic floor muscles. Your pelvic floor is supported by the muscles that prevent you from passing gas. Experts recommend practicing at least 3 sets of 10 repetitions every day, contracting these muscles for 3 seconds before relaxing them for 3 seconds.
Note: once you’ve identified your pelvic floor muscles, don’t make it a habit to practice Kegel exercises while urinating.
