Now you probably wonder what is snake juice fasting. But let’s start why I did this austerity to myself. I’d been fighting my inner demons for what seemed like forever – food cravings, addiction, and insecurities. Now? I’ve successfully conquered my lower self and to say I feel amazing, vibrant, and healthy is an understatement!
How did I do this? Snake Juice! Now I know what you’re thinking but keep reading to learn more about this concoction that can turn boys into men!
I’ve now been fasting for five days straight while lifting weights three of those days. The only thing I’ve allowed into my body has been snake juice. Nothing else – no food, no coffee, no tea, no vitamins, no lemon water, no apple cider vinegar. Just plain old Snake Juice.
In this article, you will get simple instructions on how to start today without having to pay hundreds of dollars for expensive detox products or losing weight cures. The ingredients you need here will cost you a couple of dollars, and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
So what is the snake juice fasting?
Contrary to its name, snake juice is just water mixed with Celtic sea salt (or pink Himalayan salt) and potassium powder. You only drink that for the entire fast, no fresh water.
The great thing about it is that often when you fast you get hangry – low energy, lack of focus, dizzy and so on. With the electrolytes and minerals you receive from the snake juice, you lessen those drawbacks, all without having to break your fast.

Most go their whole life in a never-ending circle of food frenzy. Humans are not meant to eat as much as we do. Back in the days, we use to fast often, and so our bodies are adapted to fasting.

Fasting increases your masculine vigor
I can tell you this: If you are a man that wants to become vigorous in all aspects of yourself. Or someone who wants to be in control of your inner demons, overcome sex addiction or deal with sugar cravings, you should be fasting.
Fasting is a complete ego shutdown that improves your relationship with your higher self. You will feel like a KING ruling over your kingdom afterward. Life will seem to flow more naturally because you know what you are capable of in this world.
Snake juice fasting vs. intermittent fasting
For those of you who are keen on intermittent fasting or weekly 24 hours fasts, I have a better recommendation – Fast once a month for 48 to 72 hours. That’s what I will be doing instead of my weekly fasts from now on.
4 steps to start snake juice fasting
Here is a quick guide to get you started with the snake juice fast:
- Prepare yourself two days before your actual fast by eating only protein meals without carbs. Doing this will make fasting easier for you. You will avoid the uncomfortable side effects of low blood sugar.
- On day one, mix 1.5 liters of water with 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt. Or pink Himalayan salt, I recommend Sherpa fine ground. I like to heat the salt in a tiny bit of water to melt it – and then pour it into the water bottle. Add 1/4 teaspoon of potassium powder. Drink two of these 1.5 liters bottles throughout the day.
- Working out while fasting: don’t aim for failure and fatigue. You won’t be able to build muscle. But you can maintain. Perform high-intensity workouts using heavyweights and short reps.
- On your last day, you will break your fast in the evening. It’s essential to break the fast correctly with a protein meal and no carbs. Your body is super sensitive to insulin right now, so stick to one ingredient to make it simple for your gut. I had two scoops of plant-based protein powder around 6 pm. And two hours after that, I had my first solid meal consisting of a block of non-GMO Tofu (270 grams). That’s all; then I went to bed.
